We ship by mail, the buyer bears the costs. Payment in advance, to a bank account or via banking options provided by the online store.

Returns and exchanges
Products that arrive damaged are eligible for a refund or exchange. Products damaged by the user are not eligible for exchange, as are products that have not been used in accordance with the instructions for use.
Products made to order are not eligible for exchange.
The Consumer Protection Act applies to general matters.
